Course Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees: Fees are inclusive of program materials and refreshments. The fee does not include hotel accommodation which, if required, must be arranged directly by the participant.
  2. Visas: Participants from foreign countries may be required to obtain a Visa for the country in which the course is being held. If requested, Citadel Advantage will provide the appropriate Confirmation letters/ Invitation letters as the case may be, to assist these participants in obtaining a Visa. This issuance of this letter is subject to prior course registration and payment of the course fee in advance. If the visa application is unsuccessful a full refund will be made. PLEASE NOTE: Visa applications may take a considerable time and participants are urged to apply for Visas timeously.
  3. Payment Terms: Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within ten (10) days from the date of the invoice. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the course date. Due to limited space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time. Payment must be made in currency indicated on the invoice.
  4. Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to seven (7) days before the event are allowed. Substitutions between seven (7) days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration fee equal to 10% of the total fee that is to be transferred. Otherwise all bookings carry a 25% cancellation liability. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax not less four (4) weeks before the course is to be held in order to obtain a full credit for any future Citadel Advantage event. Thereafter, the full course fee is payable and is non refundable. The administration charge is completely non-refundable and non-creditable. Payment terms are ten (10) days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the course. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If, for any reason, Citadel Advantage decides to cancel or postpone this course, Citadel Advantage is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients. The course fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future course. Event program content is subject to change without notice.
  5. Copyright etc.: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Citadel Advantage in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
  6. Client information: Client information is kept on the Citadel Advantage group database and used by Citadel Advantage group members to assist in providing selected products and services which may be of interest to the Client and which will be communicated by letter, phone, fax, email or other electronic means.
  7. Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, Citadel Advantage reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or omit event features, or merge the event with another event, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Citadel Advantage permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid for up to one year to be used at another Citadel Advantage event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
  8. Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in London. However Citadel Advantage only is entitled to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the Client’s office is located.
