Payments

An invoice will be emailed to you after we receive your registration. Payment options are detailed on the invoice. These include payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal or by Wire Transfer to our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to seven (7) days before the event are allowed. Substitutions between seven (7) days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration fee equal to 10% of the total fee that is to be transferred. Otherwise all bookings carry a 25% cancellation liability. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax not less four (4) weeks before the course is to be held in order to obtain a full credit for any future Citadel Advantage event. Thereafter, the full course fee is payable and is nonrefundable. The administration charge is completely non-refundable and non-creditable. Payment terms are ten (10) days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the course. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If, for any reason, Citadel Advantage decides to cancel or postpone this course, Citadel Advantage is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients. The course fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future course. Event program content is subject to change without notice.

Your place on a course is not guaranteed until we receive the payment. All payments must be made in full before the course date.
